QADL is a young software company founded in Plovdiv by Christophe Stoyanov. With a strong vision for the future and with feet planted firmly in tradition, the French with Bulgarian roots arrived in the City of the seven hills in 2019 with several long-term goals:

To change the outsourcing model established in the country


